Sidney Resources Corporation is committed to the implementation of a proactive approach to environmental management. Compliance programs will exceed regulatory requirements, and we intend to utilize new technologies and innovative processes to address environmental issues. This proactive approach is demonstrated in the Corporation's willingness to address public concerns and in developing strong working relationships with Indigenous Sovereign Nations, regulatory agencies and local units of government. Our leadership team is passionate about building partnerships in an effort to develop innovative systems for cleaning water discharged from abandoned mine sites on both private and public lands. We are actively building relationships for joint projects with companies who are developing clean smelter processes. We believe the transformative technologies our technology division is developing will provide the mining industry with the opportunity to significantly reduce the impact on the environment as the need for mining expands to meet the needs of clean energy and our national security and independence.

Community Relationships
We are committed to constructive relationships with local communities and local governmental entities and regulatory agencies to help smooth the integration and impacts of mining operations. We are committed to be a responsible Corporate Citizen and will work with local entities to develop Economic impact plans to help provide the infrastructure and funding necessary to accommodate the potential population growth due to mining operations. We believe this process will strengthened ties between local communities and the mining industry in general.
We recognize that excellence in managing environmental responsibilities is essential to long-term success. Our plan includes entering into “Good Neighbor Agreements” with local environmental and conservation groups who have worked diligently over several decades to protect our natural resources in the Warren area. We recognize and embrace the importance of an innovative social process which provides a system for dispute resolution, meaningful dialogue and proactive public participation in the development and operations processes.
